Re: Possibility to study MA English from a government university after B.Sc Chemistry?
Master of Arts in English is a postgraduate academic degree. The duration of this course is two years. As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to study MA English from a government university after B.Sc Chemistry.
My suggestion to you is that you can go for M.Sc Chemistry course after B.Sc chemistry. After completion of this course you can apply for following type of jobs are given below. => Scientist - Synthetic Lab => Chemistry - Content Developer => Application Specialist - Analytical Chemistry => Solid State Chemistry Expert => Chemistry Research Officer => Scientist - Soil Chemistry/Fertility/Microbiology => Assistant Professor - Inorganic Chemistry |

Re: Possibility to study MA English from a government university after B.Sc Chemistry?
Hello friend,
Yes, you are eligible to get admission in M.A in English once you have completed your B.Sc in Chemistry, but let me tell you well in advance that choose your decision wisely as it would be a completely different stream to what you have studied till now. Other thing which you need to consider is that you have to clear the admission cut off also to get admission and if you are unable to do that then I am sorry you would miss the chance to get admission in MA. Other important thing is that its gonna heavily affect your CV and recruiters will be going to ask you this question about why you have changed your subject and all. So be prepare for this also. Hope it will help All the best |
