Possibility to take transfer from Guru Nanak Dev University to Army Institute of Law or Panjab University?
I am pursuing my BA LLB from Guru Nanak Dev University, Jalandhar and I am in 3rd semester. So is it possible to migrate from this university to Army Institute of Law or Panjab University in 3rd year and if yes kindly tell the procedure?

No, according to the laws you cannot get a transfer to other university you will be able to change your college with the same course into other college that is affiliated to the same university that you are currently studying in and changing the college/ University in the last year will be difficult as the curriculum may also change as well as the Pattern and the environment of the following will also be different.
