Is it possible to appear for the failed papers of 12th Board exam in 2009?


I failed in Mathematics and Physics in my plus 2 exam in 2009 under ISC Board curriculum. Can I write these exam again in this year 2019? If yes, then how to apply for it?

If you are failed from any recognized board in class 10th or 12th but pass in one or more subjects than there is a scheme of credit transfer for NIOS (National Institute of Open schooling) On-Demand Exam. In "On-Demand Exam" , you have to appear for only in fail subjects.
You can give "On-Demand Exam" 5 times.
