Is it possible to do PhD in Physics on the basis of Diploma?

Sir, I am a 10th passed and Diploma holder in Civil Engineering. At 2nd year of my college I realised my real interest is Physics and Mathematics. So, I read some Physics books, which developed a huge interest in it. Now I wanted to do PhD in Physics but am I eligible to take admission in B.Sc to continue my further studies? If not then how I can get it.

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
