Sorry, friend there is no any site from where you can download the previous year paper of AFMC MBBS exam but I am here giving you the link at which you can see the previous paper.

this book include 25 years old question paper with solutions in detail

book price is 200 Rs

It is better to buy this book instead of searching in internet
