I have attached some of the previous year as well as some mock test papers of AIIMS along with this reply..

Scan through these papers and practice them well and i hope they will help you out in your preparations..

The paper pattern for the exam will be as follows :-

You will be facing a total of 200 questions to be answered in a time span of 3.5 hours..

Physics - 60 questions
Chemistry - 60 questions
Zoology and Botany - 60 questions
General Knowledge - 20 questions

For each correct response..you will get +1 and for each wrong answer you will get -1/3..

Those candidate have completed 12th standard are eligible for AIIMS exam but your 12th standard subject must be Physics , Chemistry , Bio logy and English.

Also you must score 50% in all above mention subjects.For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%.

Your minimum age should be 17 years.
