Postal Assitant Exam Eligibility Criteria: ~If you wish to give this exam then you need to pass in the higher secondary examination or its equivalent first with not less than 60 percent of marks in aggregate. ~There is percentage relaxation for the reserved category candidates. It is 55% in case of OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST candidates. ~English should be one of your compulsory subject at 10+2 level. While calculating the total marks marks of vocational courses should be excluded. ~While applying for this exam your age should not be below 18 years. This is the lower age limit for giving this exam. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 27 years. ~You need to know the local language well of the State of the postal circle concerned. This will help you to communicate freely with the residents of that circle fluently. ~Since Hindi is the official language of our country so it will help if you know Hindi at matriculation level or above. ~For the exam you can expect questions from the following sections: General Knowledge, Mathematics, English and Reasoning & Analytical Ability. Mostly objective questions will come where there will be four options for each question. ~You will get only two hours to complete the whole paper and in this limited time available you have to answer 100 questions altogether.
