Previous year Question Papers of Section-A Exam of AMIE?


i just joined in amie in non dimploma scheme i have to write section-A exam in summer2012 so kindly send last five year question paper of amie

-> Try to cover the whole syllabus to score well in the exam..

-> Don't reside only on previous year papers, it won't help you much for preparation. Just go through the papers find out the pattern of questions followed and prepare for the exam accordingly.

FUNDAMENTALS OF DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING
Time : Three Hours
Maximum Marks : 100
Answer FIVE questions, taking ANY TWO from Group A,
ANY TWO from Group B and ALL from Group C.
All parts of a question (a, b, etc.) should be answered at one place.
Answer should be brief and to-the-point and be supplemented with neat sketches.

Group A

(b) Draw sketches to distinguish between punching and blanking operations of metal [Mark 5]

(c) Compare hot working with cold working of metals. Give relative advantages and [Mark 5]
applications of each.

what is group A/B and group C ( tatal mark is 100 but how ) 20 marks from group A / 20 marks group B and 20 marks group C -- where is rest 40

I have some questions regarding question paper pattern.
1. Is there any exception in chapters to be prepared for exam like, Group A will contain the questions from these chapters.. and similarly in Group B..
2. Which chapters I can select for preparation to get good marks.
