Is there any way to make correction in father's name in CBSE class 12th mark sheet and certificate which I passed in the year 2001? If yes, then what is the application procedure and to whom should I apply? To board or to school?

To apply for name correction in your 12th standard marksheet of CBSE Board, you have to contact the school principal where you have pursued 12th standard. You need to inform him/ her about the name correction that you want to do and submit the identity proof on which there is correct name. Then, your application will be forwarded to the main board and you can get new certificate of your 12th standard within one or two months.

For this, you have to contact your school office or principle and tell him where is the mistake they will surely help you.
