I have passed 10+2 please tell me the procedure for distance education of LLB through delhi university?

Can I get admission in ba llb after diploma and my age is 23

i m pharmacy graduate n want to do llb from du by distance mode. plz guide me

Sir, I've pssed B.A from Kalyani University of W.B. now i eagarly want to do LLB throgh distance edu. please inform me the procedures which I've to follow. please inform about the valou of the degree.Shall I'll be able to practice in any court? also inform me about the cours syllabus and exam pattern. thank you

If you want to become lawyer then forget about distance education. I said that because Bar Council of India does not recognize any distance education degree for LLB. Therefore even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree.


You will have to completed LLB course through regular mode. There are only two degrees that are recognized by the Bar Council of India. These degrees are BA LLB - 5 years course and LLB 3 years course.


There is no difference is two degrees apart from the fact that BA LLB is 5 years course while LLB is only 3 years course. This is because, LLB is done after completing a bachelor course. While BA LLB includes a graduation course therefore you can pursue it after 12th. By opting for BA LLB you can end up saving one year.


Any other degree is irrelevant if you want to practice in the court. Since you have completed 12th, the option would be BA LLB course. To get admission in a law college you will have to clear Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Only after clearing this test you will get admission.



Eligibility

1. You must have completed 12th standard.

2. Minimum of 50 percent marks.

3. There is relaxation of 5 percent for reserve category candidates.

4. The age limit for BA LLB is 20 years.

5. The age limit is relaxed by 2 years for SC/ST.

I AM 35 YRS OLD. IN 12TH I GOT 68% & IN GRADUATION B.COM PASS I SCORE 48% CAN I DO LLB REGULARLY & HOW?

Sir / Madam, I've done BA (Pass) from Delhi University (through School of Correspondence Courses & Continuing Eduction) in 1994 & scored 48% marks. Pl advice am i eligbile to apply for LLB course from Delhi Law University through correspondence. I can not join regular classes.

Also advice other options which are legally viable.

I am B.com(correspondence) from DU in session (2006-2009) and got 48% in it. Which course will be suitable for me? Am i eligible for MBA from ignu or not? i am not interested in ignu Mcom program as it is international business oriented and not include taxation etc.in it's curricular, I am working as an Asst. Accountant since 2011. during school period my medium was Hindi. I am married and financially not enough strong but living always anxious about my studies, because i think i deserve more but i am today in every spare of life .

My percentage of marks in graduation was 47.5 and in post graduation was 51. Can I apply for the correspondence course on llb from Delhi University?
