I have just passed my 10th Board exams under Maharashtra State Board of Education's curriculum. I need Migration Certificate to submit in school where I am about to take admission in 11th. So, how can I get it? Do I need to apply online? Could you share the website link and is there any charges?

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education are invited students for to get their Migration Certificate. A Migration Certificate may, on application and payment of a fee of Rs. 10/-, be granted to a candidate who 'has appeared at' the examination -conducted by the Divisional Board

°°° First of all you need to collect school leaving certificate and Character certificate issued by the principal of the institution from where you have completed your tenth.

°°° Write an application form mentioning the need for migration certificate and attach all the documents such as photocopy of tenth class marksheet, character certificate and others and send it to the concerned education board.

°°° Then they will send you the Form to be filled.

°°° Fill it and send it again.

°°° Within a period of 1 or 2 months, the board will send the migration certificate.

Yes, Migration Certificate can be availed online through Maharashtra Govt. site.

For this, you will have to log on to this site: https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.i...ServiceId=4411

Then, in 'Higher Education and Technical Department' section, you will notice 'MSBTE Migration Certificate' option.

Here, you will have to click on Apply button and submit the relevant documents required.

Mandatory documents required for making Migration certificate are listed below:

• Semester Marksheet (from 1 to 8)
• Diploma Mark List of all Years/Semester
• College Leaving Certificate(Last Attended)
• Provisional/ Final board Certificate (Provisional passing certificate is valid for 6 months only)

If fee payment is required for getting migration certificate, then you will have to pay the required fees.
