Procedure to join Indian Navy Nursing service?


Hi, currently I am pursuing my 2nd year of B.Sc Nursing. After completion of my B.Sc Nursing course I would like to join Indian Navy Nursing service. Will I be eligible to join? How would I apply for it? Would I have to write any entrance exam?

To be eligible to join Indian Navy, you have to appear in CDS examination which is conducted by UPSC. Candidates who have passed Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized university are eligible to appear for CDS examination.
The age limit required to appear in CDS examination is 19-24 years.
Yes, you are eligible for Indian Navy Nursing Service after clearing CDS examination.
