what is procedure to admission for laterl entry in b.tech ..please tell me what is the procedure

You can apply for the B.Tech course through lateral entry if you have completed your diploma in engineering. You should score an aggregate of 60% marks in the qualifying examination. You should complete your diploma from a recognized institute. You should attend the entrance examination as part of the Lateral entry scheme. If you qualify in the exam you can directly join for the second year of engineering course.

The Procedure for Lateral Entry admission in B. Tech means direct admission into B. Tech second Year.

For Diploma Holders candidate Must have passed qualifying examination from an AICTE authorized Institution.

For B. Sc Graduates candidate Must have passed B. Sc degree from recognized college as outlined by UGC and passed 12th standard with Mathematics as a subject.
