Procedure to take transfer from Assam University to another university in same state?
Sir, I'm studying B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Assam University. I want to take transfer from this university to any another university in Assam. Is it possible? If yes, what are the procedures should I follow for that?

No, it is not possible to transfer from Assam University to another university while pursuing B.Tech course. You have to pursue complete four years B.Tech course in the same university to be eligible to get Bachelor's degree certificate. If you don't have any option other than transfer, then you can discontinue your B.Tech course in Assam University and you can take fresh admission in first year of B.Tech course in another university.
