Hello everyone, My aim is to become an Air Hostess. I would like to know about the minimum qualification which is required for becoming an Air Hostess? Kindly tell me about the age limit also. Please tell me immediately. Thank you!

Required qualification for Air Hostess:-

The candidate required to become the 12th standard or graduation.

The candidate age limit is below 25 years.

The height of the candidate is minimum 160 cms.

The candidate eyesight is 6/6 without glasses.

The air hostess required both English and Hindi languages are speaking well. They required very good language skills.

The mostly graduation candidates are get the job in Air hostess.

The candidate required very good skill for the job.

These all are the qualification required and you can get the job.

Eligibility criteria for becoming an Air Hostess are:-

Age Limit – 18 to 26 years
10+2 with degree in Hospitality, or other graduate degree
Mastery in spoken English and other foreign languages as required
Height of minimum 157.5 cms
Weight proportionate to the height
Eligible for an Indian Passport
Unmarried
Perfect eyesight
Good health
Fair to clear complexion
6/24 vision in each eye

As per age limit specified by DGCA, airlines can hire air hostesses having age between 19 to 27 years only. So, your age must be at least 19 years to become Air Hostess.

If you have completed Diploma or Bachelor course in Hotel Management or Tourism Management, then you are eligible for training course of Air Hostess.

Also, if you have completed 10+2, then also you can apply yourself for Air Hostess Training course.

To become air hostess there are few requirements which are mentioned below:

- The educational qualification required is a 10+2 or its equivalent education in any stream from any recognised board.
- There is no age limit for becoming air hostess.
- The minimum height required is 157 Cms and the weight should be proportional to height.
- Skin complexion is not considered but the face should be fair & clean.
- The candidate should be physically fit & should not have any disabilities.
- Eye sight should be clear.

After completing 10+2 or its equivalent education you can join in air hostess training institutions. After completing your training you can apply for air hostess job in different airline companies.

The required minimum qualification to pursue Air hostess course is that :

Candidate must have passed diploma or undergraduate degree in tourism or hospitality from a recognised institute.

The minimum age limit is 17 years.

Candidate must have good speaking ability in English and in foreign languages.

The minimum required height and marital status varies with airlines.
