I am Supriya mor and I want to take addmisson in NIPER for M.pharma.
Is there any syllabus for entrance exam for M.pharma

Hi Supriya. The syllabus for M.Pharma Entrance Exam will be that from the entire syllabus of B. Pharma. There will be 200 multiple choice questions to be attempted in 2 hours. There will also be a negative marking for wrong answers.

Even i have same doubt but as gate2010 is not conducting mpharma entrance exams. One of my professor said that probably syllabus will be the same to that of gate2009.

you have to be good with your pharmacy subject which you had studied at the time of your degree because it this exams all question where asked for entire syllabus,and please refer a good book for preparation,all the beat

the entrance will be based on what you have studied in your bachelor degree.

It requires you to have a thorough knowledge of your undergraduation as the questions will be based on that so do prepare your b.pharm syllabus.

There will not be GATE 2010 for Pharmacy and therefore, u have to apply for pharmacy from different universities and colleges. May be all these conduct there own university entrance for the same and therefore these can be all different. Its better to prepare the syllabus of your bachelors degree...that will help........

offcourse NIPER conducts its own entrance exam for admission to its post graduate course..you have to crack that exam..

the syllabus is same as for GATE it is confirmed and exam going to be conducted in place of GATE is GPAT going to be conducted in may .....score valid for 1 year....and syllabus is same as that of GATE notifications are out go for it

From this year (2010) there is no GATE entrance for M.pharma course.

It has been replaced by a new entrance naming- Graduate Pharmaceutical Aptitude Test (GPAT 2010) for scholarships/admission to MPharm programmers’ in Pharmaceutical Sciences will be conducted by National Monitoring Committee under the banner of AICTE. More details regarding this can be found at the websites of MS University Baroda and AICTE.

But due to late dicission makeing from HRD minister kapil sibal,NIPER has decided to conduct its own entrance for m.phar this year.

The syllabus all medical entrance tests is almost the same.
You may have a look at the attached syllabus and it maybe used as the guideline for other entrance exam.
