where and how is the TOEFL exam held in ghana

Hi... the TOEFL exam is offered in iBT and paper format. The iBT format has reading, writing, listening and hearing skills test. When I went to http://toefl.jumbotests.com/tests/toefl-model-papers it was asking all sorts for questions related to verb, adjective and find the odd word out, etc. Are those part of iBT or written.
