hi,
i have my SBI management executive GD n Interview scheduled on 19-12-2009.
can any one please provide me insights of questions being asked there and how i should prepare for that.
i have just started taking ET but very bad on current affairs..
help me out in this situation

Its easy to handle group discussion when you know all current features.
Group discussion have various topics like sports education.so Gk is important ,if you weak in Gk then read daily newspaper its enough .There is a chance to get. interview section is easy but you must have self confident.more ever you want to have good knowledge in language because language matters a lot.so be well prepared.

Hi you need not to worry about gd and interview . The major questions belong to them are easiy depends your style of answering and you should have confidence . So please not to worry . Read more gk books.

hii,for GD be aware of all the affairs of last 3 months,improve your communication skill and be confident,and if you are not that much confident then do join a class for preparation,they provide you material for GD and helps you in practicing it,and for interview just be confident and be clear with your thoughts while answering you questions,ans the que confidently,and i am sure sure you will definitely make it.all the best.

rs agrawal provides good interview questions,as for gd it can only be improved through practice

i think this wasthe worst day of my life. i was having my sbi me interview scheduled for 6.01.10.. the moment i reached sbi office delhi within 10 min dey declared me ineligible to appear for gd d interview,reason being i was a general category candidate but as per the infirmation they recived from bombay office i am Gen-vh candidate. the officials dere were not willing to listen to anybody ,mind me dey were very rude. And i was not alone 4 ppl were declarred ineligible on the same ground.

in short sbi sucks ...

It is not SBI but the error committed by the Banking services recruitment board at mumbai. They only followed the result sent by them, if you remember you applied to them not to SBI (as it is outsourced for obvious reasons like secrecy etc. and they have no hold over it). You have paid a substantial fees and has got selected in the test so you should not give up, follow it up. If necessary go to consumer court with your proofs. Only remember to check if it was written on your admit card too that you are in this category as it was written in capitals in both of your admit cards- for the written test and then on the interview letter. In case it was so then your not objecting at the first phase has your claim redundant otherwise you can fight!

dont worry, u can start to study on general apti.,verbal knowledge & must current affairs
