Shall I write Madama exam if didn't appeared for Parichaya exam? Will I be able to write Hindi Pandit Exam in Tamil Nadu?


Hai, I completed my MCA in 2013 in Telangana state now currently I am living in Chennai. I want to write Hindi pandit exams in Tamilnadu. I did not write the parichaya exam now the august Madama exam is there. Shall I write this exam? please reply
