sir, i am studying in chandigarh engineering college,landran(mohali).
and now i got admission in ipu,delhi's college as well.
now if i quit here my fees will not be refunded.
so what should i do?
should i stay here or i should take admission in any college of ipu,delhi.
can you compare both of the colleges?

Yes you are right..They do not refund your fee because you leave college
and they do not suspend or throw you out of college.
So they have a right of keeping your previous fee.
However now talking about colleges Both of them good .
But if we talking about repute college then IPU delhi is more reputed college then that of Chandigarh Engineering College.

I think chandigarh enginnering collage is a better option for you as both are approximately the same and as you have given the fee in advance then you should continue in the collage you are in
