Hi,

HAL - Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has announced openings for Management Trainees.

The positions are for MT - Technical, Finance, HR and Material Management.

Eligibility criteria for MT Technical -

Minimum 65% aggregate marks in engineering degree exam.

Syllabus for exam -

There are 3 papers -

1. General Awareness - 40 questions

2. English and reasoning - 60 questions.

3. Specialiation subject - 100 questions.

Paper will be for 2.5 hrs.

There will be an online test first followed by the interview.

Examination Pattern of HAL Management Trainee

HAL Management Trainee online test covers following three parts:

General Awareness- This section consists of 20 questions.
English & Reasoning- This section consist of 40 questions.
Specialization subject (Engineering / Finance / HR) - This section consist of 100 questions.

Pay scale of HAL MT-Candidates will recruit during the one year training at Rs. 4 to Rs. 4.5 lakhs. After successful completion of the training, HAL offers salary in pay-scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500/-.
