Yes. You have to appear in IIHMCA CEE- The Indian Institute of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts Common Entrance Examination and pass the exam to get eligible for culinary art courses.
It is conducted*to evaluate candidates' general knowledge, general English proficiency, deductive thinking, and numeracy. The exam is required for entrance to culinary art courses. Admissions are based on an interview. |
