How can I apply for a government jobs in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics? Is there any government jobs available in this branch or not? If yes, then which are those and how can I apply? Any entrance requirement?

Yes there are many jobs in particular you can join any government hospital in any state or you can join the PHC centers and work there, you can also work with various organization for government
You can also participate in various health and nutrition program for women and child
Some state may require you to clear an exam but most will give you job on the basis of your eligibility and the vacancy and the no of years of experience that you pocess
