I am searching for a government or aided schools for my higher secondary studies which has Psychology as one major subjects in 11th and 12th. Could anybody please update me about all such schools in Delhi and nearby areas.

Yes ,you can take Psychology with Physics or Chemistry or Biology (Medical Stream) Taking up Psychology with Biology in grade 11th is a great subject choice..
It all depends on what your school offers and if you are humanities or science students,MPC.
Psychology can be opted for 11th and 12th class at any CBSE or ICSE school.
Schools like Delhi public school kalyanpur, kanpur provide additional subjects including psychology,Kendriya Vidyalaya ,Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan etc;
