Is there any relaxation in JEE Mains for BC-B caste group of candidates?

My son studied in 2nd year Intermediate in Andhra Pradesh, our caste is bc-b. My son vision ration is +6 or -6 (I think). How much should he scores in JEE Mains? Is there any reservation or relaxation for our caste group?
