My father is in Defense. I want to appear for NEET exam so, would like to know if there are in any reservation for candidates like me in NEET exam or not?

There are around 20 seats in MBBS reserved for wards of Defence persons. Depending upon performance of candidate in NEET exam and priority of father in Defence, admission is given to candidates in MBBS.

But, I would like to let you know that admission in medical colleges for defense personnel wards like AFMC ( Armed Forces Medical College ), ACMS ( Army College of Medical Science ),etc. is based on the marks in NEET only.

NEET stands for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education but now it is replaced by All India Pre Medical Test for admission into the courses of MBBS or BDS.

You must have done 10+2 from a recognized board to apply for this exam and your subject combination must include Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The minimum age limit is 17 years on the 31st December of year of admission. No there is no direct reservation for Defense Person's child in NEET. As per I have searched there is no any procedures regarding relaxation to Defense sector parents children.
You will be under general candidates and no any relaxation provided to you.

In every examination there are reservation given to candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST category. There is no any procedures regarding relaxation for those candidates whose parents are in defense sector.
You are eligible for relaxation only when you are under OBC/SC/ST category otherwise not.
