Is there any short term specialized courses available after B.Sc Nursing?


I have completed my B.Sc in Nursing and now I wanted to do some 6 month specialization courses. Please give me some information regarding 6 month specialization courses related to Nursing or similar field course.

Short term specialised course after B.Sc Nursing

Some of the courses are :-
Hospital Nursing
Home Health Nursing
Orthopaedic Nursing
Pediatric Nursing
You may even go for MSc Nursing, MBA or MPH.
