*The most essential attribute which an RJ must possess is his/her ability to connect with the Listener.

*The Radio jockey should be friendly,spontaneous,be warm and have a good voice and command over the language

Eligibility Criteria:

*The Candidate should be able to adjust his/her voice and Control pitches of your voice.

*What matters most in this profession are your voice and a clear diction.

*You have to sound bubbly.

You could work for radio stations like AIR(All India Radio),Times FM,Radio Mirchi and dozens of other private players.

*AIR holds auditions every 3 months and selected RJs are in house training for 2 months in everything from CD Players to mixers to Digital audio Technology.

Radio Jockey Pay Package:

Beginners get around Rs.10,000 to 15,000 per month and wth popularity their salary keeps multiplying and with experience and Genuine Talent.
