Presently I am in 11std in commerce stream.
May i know the required age and course for becoming an Airhostess.
Additionaly i want to know the salary range in this field.

Eligibility Criteria for Airhostess:

This is for specially young girls so she should be below 25 years of age.

She should be complete the 12th standard.

Graduate degree with a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Management.

She must posses a passport.

Candidate should be unmarried.

Selection Procedure:

1.Screening Test
2.Written examination
3.Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Salary Package:

The salary you get as a fresher depends upon the airline and it should range between Rs. 16,000 to Rs.35,000.

Senior Airhostess can earn per month easily around Rs.1,00,000.

1. Education: 10+2 pass certificate or a Graduation degree (preferably Hotel Management or Tourism) is required to get enrolled for a short term Air-Hostess Diploma course.

2. Age: Age should below 25 years of age

3. Height: at least 154.5-157.5 cms tall..
(Weight and height should be proportionate with good eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected vision in both eyes.)

And complete the Graduation with Hotel management and Tourism Management.

For to become Air hostess she must follow below conditions:
i)You must very well in English (or)some other languages.You must have well in communication skills
ii)Your age must be in between 18 to 25 years.Your height should be 152 cm tall.Your weight must be up to 50 kg
iii)You have completed at least SSC/Inter.
Salaries for Air Hostess:
Starting salary for Air Hostess is above 15,000/month.Some of other air lines may give starting salary above 25,000/month.Depending upon your sincerity it will grow up to 30,000/month.Some of famous air line companies offers more than 50,000/month also.
