The Applicant who hold a bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline from recognized university are eligible to apply for this TGT Entrance examination (or) The Applicant who complete 4 years integrated degree course from NCERT may also eligible to apply for this entrance examination and also the candidate need to score minimum 50% percentage of mark in graduation course. Apart from this qualification should be complete B.Ed course from recognized university and It's necessary that you should have minimum one year work experience as a teacher in schools and must proficiency in languages like, Hindi, English or Other regional Language etc...

Examination Pattern:-

Part-1 Consist of following syllabus like, General Awareness,Current Affairs ,General Science & Indian Constitution ,Reasoning
Quantitative Aptitude,Teaching Aptitude etc

Part-2 Consist of Following syllabus like, English, Hindi etc..

TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher.

The candidate who wanted to become a teacher after graduation and post graduation can opt for this course.

The eligibility criteria for TGT exam are as under :-

-The candidate should have passed B.Ed./Graduation/Post Graduation degree from a recognized university.

-The minimum age limit to apply for this exam is 21 years and there is no upper age limit for this exam.

The selection procedure consists of

Written exam and

Interview.

A TGT teacher gets a salary of Pay Scale 9300-34800 with Grade Pay 4600.
