What is better between NITS, JECRC and SKIT?

i get 38000 rank in aieee & 2477 in rpet . According to cutoff marks i can get nit agartala or nit manipur or nit mizoram & in rpet i can get jecrc or skit.please suggests me what is better nits or jecrc or skit. please tell me about branches of engineering 1.electrical 2. electronics 3.mechanical .4.civil 5.computer science

SKIT is best... you can also try JECRC and VIT Jaipur
