What can I study further after completion of PG Diploma in Physician Assistant?


I have completed my M.Sc Biochemistry and presently I'm pursuing PG Diploma in Physician Assistant from Osmania University and present I'm practicing in ICU as a Physician Assistant under guidance of MBBS Doctor. A I eligible to open and maintain my own clinic at this stage? And, what I can study further?
