What is the difference between Military and a Soldier?


Hi, is there any difference between Military and Soldier? Or, they both are same only? What are the duties of Military and Soldier? Who all can become a Military and a Soldier? Does both of these are part of Indian Army only?

No,There is no difference between Military and Soldier.The term "military" is derived from the Latin word "militaris" which means "soldier".
*The military exsits to serve the American people,to defend the Nation, to protect vital national interests,and to fulfill national military responsibilities.
*Yes,both Military and a Soldier are part of Indian Army only.
