i m sandeep and reading 12th with arts.i m reading hindi,english,history,
civics,sociology.i cant understand what to do after 12th.what will be better
for me to succeed?

U have a no. of options after passing 12th.
First of all u have to understand the fundamentals of ur own subjects which will be very fruitfull to u after 12th.
Here i am providing u great suggestion
After 12th go for Bechlors degree take same subjects and start preparing for civil services...IAS....duing B.A .
Do remain in touch with General Studiese also.
After 12th u can also go for a technical cource like BBA,BCA ,CS .............

After 12th Arts there are many options to be chosen for career:-

For general line you can opt for Bachelor in Arts and after that you can apply for Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC for IAS,IPS, IRS etc.

You can also opt for LL.B. after graduation and make legal profession as your career.

You can be admitted to 5 years Integrated Law Graduation Degree course after 12th and take the opportunity of availing job in good Companies in their legal section.

After 12th you can opt for BBA-Bachelor in Business Administration, BCA_Bachelor in Computer Application.

You can also opt for some professional line such as:-

CA-CHARTERED aCCOUNTANCY
CS-COMPANY SECRETARY

If you are interested in Defence service then you can apply for NDA(National Defence Academy) after 12th Arts and can join Indian Army.

So everything depend on you and upon your interest towards the particular line of your choice.

You should do ACCA.It covers all the syllabus of Indian Chartered but its a Local chartered of UK (London) which will have a great value in future..

12th boards are the ones best time in life where in a student is on the verge of transition from School to College.

So CBSE (Central Board in Secondary Education) organizes and conducts the 12th boards on National Level every year in the month of March.

After a student passes class 10th, he/she is given the choice of streams which are mainly 3 : SCIENCE COMMERCE and MATHS.


So now since you have taken up Arts, I must tell you that you are to be from CREATIVE line and not from technical or business line

You have to deal with creative things, situations, you have to think out of the world if you have to flourish in what you have studied.


So once you are finished with the Arts stream 12th boards, then there are a lot of options available for you.

Some of them being :


1. Subject Honors : Like English Honors, Hindi Honors, Sanskrit, French, German etc. These you can take up and then later you can look for careers in Media, newspapers, journals, online magazines, etc.

2. Arts Honors

3. Psychology Honors

4. Sociology Honors

5. Music or Dance studies

6. Animation

7. Hotel Management

8. Retail Management

etc and many more options.


You have to look for where your personal interest lies and then you have to choose that stream.

Always remember that do what you want to do in life. Do not do anything out of pressure as it would lead to nothing.
