What do you mean by Deemed University?


My son is studying in a college affiliated to Anna University and like to join Deemed University. Is this degree of Anna University valid one? And, what is meant by Deemed University?

Deemed University just means that it is autonomous or independent in taking decisions of its own syllabus, courses, admission, fees, etc.
