Hey! you have to get a degree from a reputed university or college in India to become an architect. It even includes interior and exterior designing, you need to be good in drawings and creative idea. if you proceed for diploma than it takes only 1 year but many universities such as Guru Nanak Dev University, Lovely Professional University and Amity University provide Dual programme which includes some part of civil engineering too. Salary is totally depend on the placement that from where you got placed.
