What is the eligibility for Administrative Officer post in KVS and availability of online live coaching?


Sir/Madam, I am working in ONGC (central government PSU) as an Executive Engineer (Group-A level officer ), having experience of approx 8 1/2 years. I want to prepare for the exam of Administrative Officer in KVS. So. I have following query:
Ques- 1. As I am from engineering background and working as an executive engineer in a govt sector, am I eligible for the post?

2. If I am eligible, where do I get proper coaching (online live class) for the said exam?
