I have completed my M.Sc via distance mode of education. Can I apply for Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (MH-SET)? If yes, then let me know when and how to apply for this entrance? What is the application charges?

The eligibility criteria for Maharashtra state eligibility test is
Individual should be a citizen of India

Individual who have studied masters from any recognised university are eligible
Candidates who have studied from any recognised foreign university are also eligible
