Dear sir , i have passed 10th and i got admission in polytechnic college (computer engineering) . But now i am in a confusion whether to take mechanical or computer engineering . Many people said that job opportunities regarding computer engineering is less . I have interests in both the branches . So please give a clear guideness regarding this .

Both the branches offer lot of opportunities in concerned field. Adequate skills and technical expertise is required to have a rewarding job. CSE students can work with government departments, banks, PSU etc. Railways usually offer many opportunities for mechanical engineers. For better opportunities, you have to look for engineering courses after completing diploma.
