hi, myself DR. MRINALINI,
I wanted to know what are the procedures to get into ARMY after BDS. I have an aggregate of 70% marks in my bds. are there entrnce exams or interviews.and how do i get the forms to apply?

Actually for army they take candidate from the college of ACDS i.e Army college on dental science.They take dentist from that college itself and if there is more vacancy for that they will publish in employment news.keep checking it......

How every you are compleating BDS. Dont worry, all the foriegn countries prefers only indian dentists. For which they invite you people to come and study further there and continue your job also there. Wish you best of luck....I think you should choose based on what interests you, your resources, priorities, time you can spend, employment & growth opportunities,

Establishments like Defense Service, Railways, and Ordnance Factories employ Dentists for hospitals run by them. To know about the BDS recruitment in army keep checking the employment news.

You can also begin your career as practitioners in government hospitals, private nursing homes, industrial and corporate hospitals.

A specialized degree will open up more career opportunities for you in teaching and research institutions.

Moreover, a lot of career opportunities are available abroad for Indian dentists in countries like USA, UK and Australia.

For army BDS graduates have only less job. For those less jobs also they

take candidate from the college of ACDS i.e Army college on dental science.

Some times they take dentist from outside college itself and if there is more

I will be doing BDS from ACDS. So i would be taken direct into army or i will have to give exam for being a doctor in army. And are there any ranks for dentists in army

Why only Indian dentist gets priority in foreingn countries? Is there no chance for Neplease student to get good job after compleating bds in foreingn countries like US UK Australia etc?
