What is the legal status of Glocal University, Saharanpur?


Hi, can anybody confirm me about the status of Glocal University, Saharanpur which is in Uttar Pradesh? Is this university recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE and NCTE? Do government have any control on this university?

Glocal university is a private and coeducational institution in Saharanpur, India. It was established in 2012 by Uttaf Pradesh private university act ( act 2 if 2011). It is recognized by UGC and affiliated to NCTE & UGC.
