What is the legal status of Shiksha Visharad University in Allahabad?


Hi, can you please confirm me about the status of Shiksha Visharad University which is in Allahabad? Is this university recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE? Degrees gained from this university are valid and recognized by private and government companies?
