What is the legal status of Sunrise University which is in Rajasthan?


I have completed my B.Com from Sunrise university which is there in Rajasthan. Is this degree valid? Is this university recognized by UGC? Can I apply for further studies in Canadian and Australian universities with B.Com from Sunrise University?
