Hi, I would like to know about the lower and upper age limit to be eligible to appear for the SSLC Board exams? Is there any age relaxation for any caste category candidates?

The age limit to appear in SSLC board examination is decided by the Directorate of State Education.

So, you have to visit the concerned office of the respective state to get the detail information. Board does not decide the age limit to appear in the board examination.

SSLC stands for Secondary level School Certificate.

The lower age limit to write the SSLC Board Examination is 14 years.

None of the recognised board decide the lower or upper age limit to appear in the board examination.

There is no relaxation in age limit to appear in board examination on the basis of caste.

I am 40 years old . In 1996 I have cleared

Kannada,social and hindi subject. But r enlish,science and mathematics failed in kannada medium. Can I write the exam now?
