What is the age limit for government primary school lady teachers? If I am 18 years old can I apply for teacher's job in government primary schools? And, what should be the minimum qualification?

There is no age limit to appear for the CTET examination.

CTET is conducted for recruitment in government school. TET is conducted by state government.

The minimum eligibility to appear for CTET Primary teacher recruitment is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board. Candidate must have diploma in elementary education certificate.

So, if you have the required educational qualification, then you are eligible to appear in the examination.
