Re: What is the minimum percentage required in 12th class?
The minimum marks required for passing the 12th board examination varies with board of education. Now as you have not mentioned your board of education so I am providing you the general passing marks for few board of education.
For CBSE, the passing marks is 33 marks out of 100 marks. Also for subject having theory and practical paper one need to pass in the both papers separately. For ICSE board, the passing marks in 40 marks out of 100 marks. Here overall marks is taken under consideration for subjects having two papers also. For most of the state boards, 30 marks out of 100 marks is the passing marks. Here also one has to pass in the theory and practical paper both separately to pass in the particular subject as a whole. For exact details about the academics of your board log on to its official website. |

Passing percentage in 12th will be 35% i.e., 34 out of 100
But it would be good if you have 50% so that there wont be any restriction to go for further studies and also for Jobs |
