No specific percentage criteria in SSC board is required to get admission for pursuing Science stream. Candidates who have passed passed 10th standard in all subjects from a government recognised board are eligible to get admission for pursuing 11th standard Science stream. Only some top level schools require 80% or above in 10th standard for offering admission in 11th standard Science stream.

Hello dear. The minimum percentage require for science stream is around 60% . But as the science stream is tough so that one should join the science stream if one got minimum 75% in 10th so that one can study well in science. If you want a career in engineering or quantitative sciences take PCM and If you are interested in medical or biological sciences take PCB. Only those who are comfortable with mathematics should opt for PCM.

There is no minimum required aggregate to get admission in science stream or any other stream after 10th or SSC as per notification or eligibility to get admission in these stream.

The common eligibility to get admission in science stream is that candidate must have passed 10th from a recognised board but due to limited infrastructure in school and colleges they offer stream to only limited candidates.

So, kindly visit the official website of school in which you want to get admission for detail about the eligibility to get admission in science stream.

There is no minimum required aggregate to get admission in Science stream after SSC.

The entrance examination is conducted for getting admission in the stream of own choice due to limited number of seats in each stream in school.

In some of the school, the admission is on the basis of merit basis. So, you can apply for the admission and only after the merit list is declared you will get confirmation about the admission.

Hello,

Apparently there is no specific percentage required in class 10th to get admission in any stream of 11th standard.
The cutoff marks varies every year and varies from state to state and even it will be different for two different schools of the same district.
So try to score above 80 percent to be in the secured place.
Moreover apart from your 10th percentage few schools conduct entrance examination too
Good luck
