The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission conducts number of examinations every year and the eligibility criteria for each of them varies depending upon the post and the department. However, In any of those examination, there is no percentage criteria. Therefore, it really doesn't matters how much you scored in your bachelors degree examination. Being a graduate, you will be eligible for most of the examinations provided you are within the age limit.
For the graduate level examinations, the minimum eligible age is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years.
