What is the roles, duties and responsibilities of Circle Inspector? What is the eligibility criteria to become a Circle Inspector? Apart from minimum educational requirements what is the standard physique requirement? Any entrance?

-looking for the reasons which are actually triggering crime
-investigating crimes
-giving attention to public order

Eligibility
-Candidate can come from any stream in class 12/UG/PG but passing recruitment tests and physical tests are mandatory
-For Circle inspector, you must pass Staff Selection Commission (SSC) along with Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Physique required
For male candidate
General category- height:170cm, chest:80cm, 85cm if expanded.
Scheduled tribes-height:162.5cm, chest:77cm, 82cm if expanded.
For others-height:165cm, chest:80cm, 85cm if expanded.
For female candidate
General category-157cm
Scheduled tribes-154cm
For others-155cm
SSC can be considered as entrance exam.
