What should be the minimum education and experience required for Bank Manager post?
Hi, I have completed my B.Com with 81% overall in the finals. I wish to become a Bank Manager in private banks like ICICI, HDFC, Kotak etc. So, what should I study further? And, what about practical work experience requirement?

Eligibility for a Bank manager-
• Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration. • At least 5 years experience in financial services including previous experience as a loan officer, financial analyst or assistant branch manager. |
